Since the development of the extremely popular, Carpet Shims™, we have had overwhelming requests for a solution to eliminate the DROP OFF at each end of the Carpet Shim so, we developed it... Universal Side Shims™.

It’s Easy, It’s Fast and It’s Economical!

Universal Side Shims™. are used in conjunction with Carpet Shims to COMPLETE THE TRANISITON! They are made of the same high quality material as Carpet Shims, so they are also water resistant and, when necessary, they can be scored with a carpet knife and snapped to fit any area required.

They have a compound taper that finishes the transition, eliminating any need for floating the ends.

Universal Side Shims™ are designed to match the 1/2" and the 3/8" Carpet Shims, in both the 8" x 32" and the 12" x 48" sizes and taper (transition) to the right and left of the Carpet Shim. They can also be used for outside corners.

Universal Side Shims™ are available NOW! The following are the sizes and how they are packaged:

10 - 1/2" x 8" x 8" - 5 Sets per box 12 - 3/8" x 8" x 8" - 6 Sets per box Both 8" sizes are available in cases of 10 boxes.		10 - 1/2" x 12" x 12" - 5 Sets per box 12 - 3/8" x 12" x 12"- 6 Sets per box Both 12" sizes are available in cases of 5 boxes.
